Summary
This action plan sets out the challenge of decarbonising the city’s homes and assesses the roles that Bristol City Council and Bristol City Leap can play to accelerate progress towards carbon neutral homes. This includes activities like improving energy efficiency and installing heat pumps.
The plan looks at our roles across social housing, private housing, new build housing, heat networks, energy planning, skills and the supply chain, and overall coordination, governance and citizen involvement.
