How to pay your building regulation fee or inspection fee invoice.

You must pay your building regulation fee when you make your application.

We'll send you an invoice for the inspection fee after the first site visit. This fee covers all further inspections. The invoice details how you can pay your inspection fee.

If the fees are not listed, such as for large residential or bespoke jobs, fill in the fee quote form and we'll let you know how much your application will cost.
