When reviewing your care and support we may use a tool called Magic Notes.
What Magic Notes is
Magic Notes is a safe tool that uses smart technology to turn talking into written notes. This helps us listen to you more and type less.
At the beginning of your assessment or review, we'll ask you if you're happy if we use Magic Notes during your conversation. You can say yes or no to using Magic Notes.
Saying no will not affect your care or support and you can change your mind at any time during the assessment.
How it works
The tool records what's said during your assessment or review and creates a written summary for your practitioner to check and edit where necessary.
The recording is deleted once the notes are made.
Let your practitioner know if you have any questions before your assessment.
