What we offer

We work alongside primary, secondary, special schools and alternative provision settings to develop a whole-school approach to health and wellbeing. This drives improvement in local, national, and Ofsted linked measures such as learning, attendance, inclusion and attainment.

Our Healthy School Awards and frameworks provide a structured whole-school approach to improving health and wellbeing in your setting with support from our public health team.

This free service helps schools identify needs, celebrate strengths and implement evidence-informed approaches that improve outcomes for pupils, staff and the wider school community.

Our support, awards and frameworks cover a wide range of health and wellbeing topics. These topics include:

  • mental health and wellbeing
  • PSHE
  • food and nutrition
  • physical activity
  • understanding substance use
  • dental health
  • healthy relationships
  • domestic abuse
  • developing pupil voice
