Our service need is growing and we're looking for enthusiastic and fun people to join our professional residential teams as we continue to support local families in caring for children with disabilities.

We have 2 short breaks homes in Bristol for children with disabilities. They offer overnight stays and new opportunities and experiences, while also giving their parents and carers time to recharge their batteries and spend quality time with their other children and family members. This resource is so valuable in keeping families together and we need committed staff to join us in this rewarding role.

We also have a children's home caring for young people in full time care. This team is also recruiting new workers to support our young people in building valuable skills and experiences to prepare them for adulthood.

We care for children and young people with a variety of needs, including complex health needs, and learning difficulties that can present in challenging behaviour.

We work for better outcomes for children by offering consistency and stability, and supporting our children and young people in developing their relationships with their family, friends and community.

All new staff will benefit from an induction and training programme as well as bespoke training. You'll join well established teams with many years of experience to guide and support you.
