Could you help us transform our residential children's service?

We are developing and re-profiling our residential children’s homes and are looking for people to join our professional residential teams. This is an exciting opportunity as we implement our new service model, opening smaller family style homes that accommodate 2 or 3 children each. Read more about why we're opening these new homes on the Guardian website.
Our focus is to ensure better outcomes for children in care by offering consistency and stability, and supporting our children and young people in developing their relationships within their family, friends and community. The Bristol model provides a trauma-informed non-punitive approach with clinical supervision to support us in caring for young people. All new staff will benefit from an induction and training program as well as bespoke training in our new therapeutic model.
We currently have the following opportunities to join our team:
- Registered Manager: delivering excellent managerial support to our staff and ensuring a child centred quality service
- Residential Support Workers: providing high quality care to the children in our homes
