We currently have vacancies based at our wonderful Children's Home.

We are actively seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Residential Child Care Workers, where you will play a vital role in curating a joyful and secure environment for children aged 5 to 18.

About Us

At our Children's Home, we are committed to providing exceptional care to children with severe learning disabilities and/or complex physical health needs, including those who may display challenging behaviours.

As a Residential Child Care Worker, you will collaborate with the Registered Manager, Deputy Manager and other RCCWs to curate a joyful experience for children living at the children's home.

This involves providing opportunities for new experiences, imparting independent living skills, and fostering the formation of meaningful friendship groups outside their familial settings.

Your Role

  • Provide opportunities for new experiences and impart independent living skills.
  • Foster the formation of meaningful friendship groups outside their familial settings.
  • Engage children in a variety of activities, including sensory play, indoor and outdoor engagements, culinary experiences, and more.
  • Contribute to the overall well-rounded care and support of the children.

Working with us

  • Work a variety of shift's with rotas available six weeks in advance.
