These are the opening times for all cemeteries on this page.

Summer (April to October)

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm
  • Weekends and bank holidays, 11am to 4:30pm

Winter (November to March)

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm
  • Weekends and bank holidays, 11am to 4:30pm

All sites are open between 9am to 4:30pm on Mothering Sunday, Father's Day and Christmas Day.

Arnos Vale Cemetery

The cemetery is owned by Bristol City Council but managed by Arnos Vale Cemetery Trust.

Greenbank Cemetery

Greenbank Cemetery was the first large cemetery after Arnos Cemetery to be set up in Bristol in 1871.

In the north eastern section of the cemetery are the memorials to the civilians who died during the Bristol Blitz.
