The City Leap Client and Energy Service team is led by the Head of City Leap Client and Energy Service, with three key programme areas:
1. Energy Supply
Led by the Programme Manager, Environmental Performance Energy, this team focuses on energy performance and project delivery. Roles include:
- Project Manager, Asset
- Revenue Manager (Energy)
- Energy Project Officer
- Apprentice
2. Programme Assurance, Corporate Estate, Schools, and Local Renewables
This area is managed by the Programme Assurance Manager (HNW) and supports assurance across corporate estates, schools, and local renewable initiatives. The team includes:
- Project Assurance Manager, Corporate Estate, Schools and Local Renewables
- Project Assurance Officer
- City Leap and Energy Solutions Property Partner (Line managed by the Head of Corporate Landlord)
3. Programme Assurance, Housing, Social Housing and EV Infrastructure
Led by the Programme Assurance Manager (Housing, Social Housing, EV), this team ensures delivery and oversight across housing and electric vehicle projects. Roles include:
- Project Assurance Manager: EV Lead
- Project Assurance Manager: Housing and Social Housing
- Project Assurance Officer
4. Contract Management
- Contract and Commercial Assurance Manager (Line managed by the Contract Management Team)
