Salary

We offer a competitive salary starting from £33,024 increasing to £36,648. Salaries increase by set increments on a yearly basis within your grade structure.

Local Government Pension Scheme

All employees are automatically admitted to the Local Government Pension Scheme from the day of appointment, with generous employer contributions.

Generous annual leave

You'll receive 25 days annual leave per annum, rising to 30 days after 5 years' service (continuous local government service will be applied where appropriate), plus 8 Bank Holiday's per year. You can also buy additional holiday through our Annual Leave Top Up scheme.
