St. Nicholas Indoor Market
Vacancy 1
We currently have a vacant stall in St Nicholas Market's South Arcade. The stall is sub-divided into two parts by a public walkway and is approximately 9.3 square metres.
Stalls are licensed on a 6 day week basis (Monday to Saturday) and must be open for business from 9:30am to 5pm every day. You'll also need to be open on some Sundays and evenings, particularly over summer and during the Christmas period.
Cost
The annual trading licence fee for this current financial year is £5,000 (approx. £96.15 per week). Electricity supply is included in the cost.

Vacancy 2
We have a vacant stall in our Covered Market opposite our brand new space FoodSource. This a large unit (43.4 square metres) with two entrances and a water point. We are open to both retail and pre-cooked food options for this unit.
Stalls are licensed on a 6 day week basis (Monday to Saturday) and must be open for business from 9:30am to 5pm every day. You'll also need to be open on some Sundays and evenings, particularly over summer and during the Christmas period.
Cost
The annual trading licence fee for this current financial year is £13,193.60 depending on the nature of business (licence fees are subject to annual inflationary increase and periodic review).

We have a vacancy in the prestigious and historical Exchange Market Hall. This unit is approximately 15.15 square metres and is situated right by the main entrance to Corn Street. We are open to retail, services or packaged foods (such as dried goods).
Stalls are licensed on a 6 day week basis (Monday to Saturday) and must be open for business from 9:30am to 5pm every day. You'll also need to be open on some Sundays and evenings, particularly over summer and during the Christmas period.
Cost
The annual trading licence fee for this current financial year is £6667.92 inclusive of an electricity supply (rent is subject to annual inflationary increase and periodic review).
