The Civil Penalty Policy for private housing related offences and breaches was approved by the Homes and Housing Delivery Policy Committee on 17 June 2026.

East Bristol Liveable Neighbourhood (EBLN) Full Business Case
The Transport and Connectivity Committee approved proposals to submit the scheme's Full Business Case to the West of England Mayoral Combined Authority for funding and to progress with the detailed designs for the permanent measures.

Bristol Playing Pitch Strategy 2026 to 2040 consultation
The Playing Pitch Strategy (2026–2040) was approved by the Committee for Public Health and Communities on 26 June 2026.

Consultation on proposed school term and holiday dates for 2027 to 2028
The Director for Education, Inclusion and Skills approved the proposed term dates on 8 June 2026.

A432 Safer Road Consultation
We've published the A432 consultation report in partnership with South Gloucestershire Council.

Proposed changes to modal filters in the East Bristol Liveable Neighbourhood (EBLN)
Following feedback from the consultation, the Economy of Place Director approved the making of the Traffic Regulation Orders.

Budget 2026 to 2027 consultation
Full Council agreed our budget for 2026/27 on 12 February 2026.
Council tax will rise by 4.99%, which includes 2% to support adult social care.
