Submit a question or statement for a council meeting

What this form is for

Use this form to submit either a question or statement for an upcoming Bristol City Council public meeting.

You can submit one statement or up to three questions for one council meeting.

If you want to submit a question and a statement, you'll need to complete the form twice.

Do not use this form to make general enquiries about council services.

Public forum statements and questions are published on the council’s website on the meeting's agenda. They will include your name and can be viewed on the calendar of meetings.. 

Council meetings are live streamed and available to watch online. 

Before you complete this form:

• read the how to have your say guidance
• check the calendar of meetings to find meeting dates
• the deadline for questions is no later than 5pm, three working days before the meeting
• the deadline for statements is 12 noon, two working days before the meeting
  
  

Please have your statement or question prepared before you start because:

• you cannot save the form and come back to it at a later date
