Bus pass: change of address

Use this form to let us know if you've changed address within Bristol.

If you've just moved to Bristol you need to apply for a new bus pass.

If you've moved out of Bristol you must return your bus pass to us and apply for a bus pass from the local authority where you now live.

This form can be used to change the address details of two people if they live at the same address as each other.
