If you have a pub or live music venue, you may be eligible for a business rate relief discount.
The government has announced that all pubs and live music venues will be able to apply for 15% business rates relief on top of the support announced in the 2025 budget.

Apply for business rate discount
Check your future rateable value on the Valuation Office Agency website and use their calculator to estimate your rates payable. This only gives you an indication of what your business rates bill might be. It may not take into account any relief you might be eligible for.
Review your eligibility for Retail, Hospitality and Leisure (RHL) classification so your 2026 bill is calculated using the business rates multipliers from 2026
