Our phone line will be open 10am to 12pm on:

  • Christmas Eve Wednesday 24 December
  • Monday 29 December
  • Tuesday 30 December
  • New Year's Eve Wednesday 31 December
  • Friday 2 January
We'll be closed:

  • Christmas Day Thursday 25 December
  • Boxing Day Friday 26 December
  • New Year's Day Thursday 1 January 
Applications can still be made online but will not be processed until the next working day.
