How to get involved with planting, and maintaining trees in Bristol, what you'll need to bring and what events are running in 2022.
If you are an individual, come along to our volunteer tree maintenance events from July to September 2022.
Our maintenance events involve mulching and weeding around already planted trees.
These events are run by One Tree Per Child Bristol.

What you'll need
You'll need to bring:
- long trousers to protect your legs from any brambles and nettles
- sturdy shoes
- suitable clothing for the weather
- a packed lunch and plenty of water
We provide all training, tools, and PPE, so no experience necessary.
We also provide gardening gloves to each volunteer but bring your own gloves if you have them.
COVID precautions
We'll observe social distancing and provide hand sanitiser.
