Help us to collect information about drug use trends in Bristol.
Anyone can make a report, including people who use drugs and professionals who work with them. You can report information about people of any age.
Our aim
The information contributes to the Local Drug Information System (LDIS) "early warning system" so that emerging risks can be identified, assessed and communicated appropriately.
You can use this form to tell us about:
- potentially new, potent, adulterated or contaminated substances
- increased harm from drug use such as sudden spikes in emergency hospital admissions or non-fatal overdose call-outs
- increased harm from new methods of drug taking
- a substance causing new types of harm or side effects
How the information is used
Information we receive that identifies a high level of risk may be shared with the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities, but this will never include any personally identifiable information.
