Use this form to let us know if you've changed address within Bristol.
If you've just moved to Bristol you need to apply for a new bus pass.
If you've moved out of Bristol you must return your bus pass to us and apply for a bus pass from the local authority where you now live.

Please include your name and bus pass number in your email or by post.
