You can help make Bristol better at 20mph
We all have a responsibility to look out for others when we use the roads. That responsibility is even greater when you're driving a more dangerous vehicle like a car or van.
- Cars are dangerous. When you get behind the wheel, you put others at risk. Keep that risk as low as possible and help create a calmer and safer city by following the speed limit.
- People sometimes break the speed limit because they feel pressured by the car behind them. When you're driving, try to give the car in front plenty of space, and don't let others pressure you into speeding.
- When you're a passenger, encourage others to stick to the speed limit.
