While we're progressing all requests as quickly as possible, you may experience delays in receiving your garden waste bin and the start of collections.

Garden waste collections suspended
Garden waste collections are currently suspended due to operational issues affecting our service delivery.
Collections are expected to resume from 20 July.
We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while we work to restore the service.
If your garden waste collection has been missed during this suspension period, your subscription renewal date will be extended to reflect the missed collections. This will ensure that you receive the full period of service you have paid for.
