Changes you will need to contact the Valuation Office Agency about

If any other things regarding your business rates change, contact the Valuation Office Agency on-line or phone them on 03000 501 501 to let them know.

Changes that you need to tell them about include:

  • changing the structure of your premises
  • changing how you use your premises
  • changing the nature of your business
  • your premises can't be used, for example because of flooding
  • you sublet part of your property
