- boxing gym
- ancillary accommodation
It's currently partly occupied on a temporary basis.
Former Southmead Library

The former Southmead Library comprises approximately 310 squared metres of open-plan accommodation with mezzanine floor.
It's currently occupied on a temporary basis.
Organisations we'd like to hear from
We're seeking organisations with imaginative and sustainable proposals.
You'll also need to have the capacity and resources to manage, repair and improve these community assets over the long term.
We're particularly interested in proposals that maximise community benefit through partnership or consortium working.
Application deadline
No later than midday on Wednesday 12 August 2026.
