Our rating

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) has rated our Adult Social Care services 'good'. The report recognises that the support provided to adults across Bristol meets national standards and is helping people live safely, independently and with dignity.

The inspection looked at how well we support people who need care.

The CQC found:

  • strong leadership
  • good quality care
  • a clear commitment to improving services

This is a positive result for everyone who uses Adult Social Care in Bristol.

Emma Goodall, Principal Social Worker, said:

“We are proud of this rating, which reflects the hard work of our teams and the care they provide every day. We will keep listening, learning and improving.”
