Make an appointment to see your GP. The earlier you seek help, the sooner you can get information, advice and support.

If you have problems with your memory which affects how you manage at home, contact Care Direct for advice, support and an assessment.

If you're a carer

If you're a carer for someone with dementia you're entitled to a carer's assessment.
