The service is registered for two regulated activities: accommodation for people who require personal or nursing care (the Rehabilitation Centre) and personal care (Community Reablement Service). 

The Intermediate Care Centre provides care and accommodation for 17 people over the age of 18 who stay for up to six weeks to help them to be independent after a hospital admission or illness.

The Intermediate Care Community Reablement Service provide short term help and support for people over the age of 18 for up to  six weeks.  This could be following poor health, disability, impairment or an accident.

Home First Team

Home First provide short term help, support and assessment of possible future care/support needs over a 7 to 10 day period following a hospital discharge. This could be following poor health, impairment or an accident. Home First also provide access to some therapy support if required as well as aids and adaptations if appropriate.
