If you have problems with your memory which affects how you manage at home, contact Care Direct for advice, support and an assessment.
If you're a carer
If you're a carer for someone with dementia you're entitled to a carer's assessment.
Dementia friendly swimming
We also run dementia friendly swimming sessions at swimming pools in Bristol.
