Decision of surveying authority: Approval to proceed to make a deed of dedication for the alternative route from Cavendish Gardens to the Portway.
General note: Committee resolved in 1997 and 2002 that officers negotiate a dedication of the claimed route (Minute Ref. PTD550.3/97 & PROWG26.4/02). In 2006 the Director of PT&SD made a delegated decision to authorise the drawing up of a formal agreement between departments to dedicate a public footpath. Subsequent Committee approval to proceed with dedication of alternative route from Cavendish Gdns to the Portway (15.03.12 - Minute Ref. PROWG38.3/12).
