Licensing Act 2003 Register of applications.

The Licensing Authority are now required to advertise applications for the grant and variation of premises licences and club premises certificates on their website.

Please find attached in the downloadable files section. These documents are updated on a daily basis.

The Licensing Authority are also required to maintain a register of review applications and transfer applications for Premises Licences and Club Premises Certificates and Temporary Event Notices (TEN) applications.

Representations to applications

Under the Licensing Act 2003 members of the public may make representations on grant, variation and review applications in respect of Premises Licences, Club Premises Certificates and Provisional Statements. For information see make a representation, review or appeal a premises licence page.

Representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Office no later than the closing date for representations, as detailed in the attached pdf guidance for residents (195 KB) .

Please note only the Police may make representations in respect of applications to transfer the premises licence holder and applications to vary the designated premises supervisor on a premises licence.

Both the police and environmental health may object to applications for Temporary Event Notices (TEN).
