How to appeal a premises licence or club premises certificate.
You can only appeal a decision on an application you've a made a representation in relation to.
You can appeal against decisions about:
- the granting of a licence
 - conditions put on the licence
 - variation of the licence
 - licensable activity, for example the hours granted or a particular activity
 - the refusal of a licence
 
You'll need to write to Bristol Magistrates' Court (GOV.UK) to appeal the decision within 21 days of getting the notice of decision.
There's a fee to appeal. This is payable to the court.
Appeal against decisions on your own premises licence or provisional statement application
You can appeal a decision to:
- refuse all or part of your licence application
 - reject a variation application
 - reject a transfer application
 - exclude an activity
 - exclude a person as a premises supervisor
 - put conditions on your licence
