You can pay in many ways, including online, by phone, by post, in person or by bank transfer.
Online
Paying online is easy and secure. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
You'll need your invoice number.
By phone
Pay by phone using our 24 hour automated payment line 0870 707 7776. The call will cost you 2 pence per minute plus any charges from your phone company.
You’ll need:
- your invoice number
- a debit or credit card to pay
BACs transfer or online banking

Use your invoice number as your payment reference.
Post
Send a cheque made payable to Bristol City Council. Write your invoice number, name and address on the back of the cheque.
Post to: Finance and Procurement (Parkview), PO Box 3176, Bristol City Council, BS3 9FS.
In person
Citizen Service Point: You can pay by cash, cheque or debit/credit card at our Citizen Service Point. Take your invoice number with you.
At the Post Office: You can pay by cash or card. Take your bar coded invoice with you.
PayPoint: Take your bar coded invoice with you. PayPoint outlets only accept cash.
