Pests we treat
We control rats, mice and wasps for all residents in Bristol.
If you're a tenant of Bristol City Council and you live in a flat, we also deal with bed bugs and cockroaches.
Costs and timings
Although our prices are often less than private companies, you might have to wait up to four weeks before we're able to begin dealing with your pest problem.
- Rats: £25
- Mice: £64.80
- Wasps: £64
Some jobs that require another member of staff will cost an additional £64 to £82.
Bristol City Council tenants who live in a flat will not have to pay for the control of rats, mice, bedbugs or cockroaches.
Reductions for people on benefits
The rat service is free for people getting Income Support, Income Benefit Job Seekers Allowance, Pension Credit Guarantee, Personal Independence Payment (was called Disability Living Allowance) or Housing Benefit.
People getting Income Support or Pension Credit Guarantee pay half price for the treatment of mice and wasps.
You must show proof that you get these benefits to our pest control officer before the treatment is carried out.
