Training opportunities
We offer free short online training sessions.
- Zoom basic skills training, for anyone to gain some basic skills and build their confidence using Zoom.
- Introduction to engagement, a tour of the different ways you can get involved and help shape your housing service. You can hear about how your views can make a difference.
- Introduction to resident Scrutiny: tenant Scrutineers help us look at where we need to improve and work with us on new ideas and services.
- Online meeting skills and role of panel members. Learn how to get the most out of online meetings, includes practical tips on how to communicate and interact online.
