How to become an accredited planning agent
An accredited agent has a proven track record of making good quality householder planning applications.
To become an accredited agent, you must:
- agree to follow the accredited agents code of practice (pdf, 52k) (opens new window) (pdf, 52k) (opens new window)
- have made three consecutive applications that meet the accredited agents checklist (pdf, 55k) (opens new window) (pdf, 55k) (opens new window)
To apply, send a signed copy of the code of practice to Allison House, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We’ll then look at your last three householder applications and let you know if you are accredited.
Accredited agents meetings
There are two briefing meetings each year, which are at City Hall, College Green, Bristol BS1 5TR. The next meetings are on:
