If you disagree with a planning decision made on your planning application, you can appeal against our decision.
You can’t make an appeal against a decision made on someone else’s planning application.

You can appeal if:
- we haven’t made a decision on your application within eight weeks and your application is not for a major development
- we haven’t made a decision on your application within 13 weeks and your application is for a major development
- your application is refused
- you disagree with conditions we’ve included as part of our decision on your application
