The letter will ask if you still qualify for this discount.
NEC Software Solutions is the company carrying out this review for us. They help councils manage services like council tax, housing benefit and council housing.
What you should do
You should reply by the deadline in the letter or in any reminder you receive.
You can reply online, by telephone or by post.
Your letter will have the contact details and instructions.
If you don’t reply, then we may remove the discount from your council tax account.
